A Blue Screen is a loosely tech-themed, variety cartoon / comic with some reoccurring characters. I say “society vs. all things with blue screens” to sum up the cartoon because that’s the angle I draw from. Not a champion of technology, not a Luddite, but a challenged user and dabbler.
I tend to interchange the words “comic” and “cartoon” because it’s not clearly either quite yet. This site started late March 2009, so still trying to get a feel for thing. You can see the first strip here.

Basically, I work in IT, which tends to be an amalgamation of computer technologies and personal interests. IT covers a lot, and that’s one frame of reference I’m using for this comic, as well as some of the humor that springs from workplace brilliance and culture.
I will attempt to keep the jokes from getting too obscure, and the material mostly PG-13 rated at most. Other than that, feel free to send me any comments or suggestions. They’re a big help at this point.
